As a church family, we gather weekly on Sundays for corporate worship. We believe that God calls us to this weekly rhythm of worship for our good and His glory. In worship, we fixate our attention on God and give Him the praise that He alone is worthy of. Also, we seek to be instructed and edified as God speaks to us through His word.
The components of our service are rather simple: we spend time singing, praying, reading and preaching the Bible, collecting an offering, and once a month we take the Lord's Supper together.
We arrange the flow of our services very intentionally: we start with adoration, then move to a time of confession, followed by a pronouncement of the Gospel and a time of thanksgiving for God's grace to us in Christ. Next, we preach through a passage of the Bible and conclude with a pronouncement of God's blessing over His people. Interspersed throughout we sing songs that correspond to the various parts of our service.
If you're in town on vacation, looking for a local church, or investigating the message of Christianity, we'd love for you to join us.
